I�did my 12 min ab tape
I also did my arm weights.

I put stuff together today for me to go to yoga after work.� I think Iapos;m going to give it another whirl... A more serious one this time.� The gym has changed ownership again... So i printed off new hours and prices.� Seems reasonable.� Money is a greta motivator too.� Iapos;m all for being cheap but if I pay for something Iapos;m more likely to use it.

So I figure... Get up every morning and body test at the bare minimum... Preferrably switch between abs and boxing... Arm weights with either sicne they only take about 7 minutes.� Yoga at least 3 times a week to make it worth my time and money.� Thatapos;s a pretty base routine.� I�play kickball on Thursdays for the next 4 weeks.� Iapos;ll try to get to swing also (I�plan on going tonight), but after kick ball is over, Iapos;ll definitely make sure Iapos;m out once a week.�

Iapos;m trying to give myself a goal for minimum expectations because I tend to overload my schedule and I�burn out.� This will make small demands on my time and I can go during my lunch break... Iapos;m already doing the morning portion when I wake up... So weapos;ll see how this plan pans out.
